As part of our new calendar of events for 2024, we’re excited to have Green Spiral Willow hosting a series of workshops here at Thorngrove in the coming months.
The first workshops kicks off on 17th February, where you’ll join Nina and create beautiful 5ft tall living willow sculpture for your garden, which will last for years and provide new deep red willow withies for you to cut and weave with each year.
No previous experience needed! You will learn some basic weaving techniques and learn about how the willow is grown and processed. All materials provided. Come along with a friend and create something for yourself, or as a perfect gift for the incoming spring.
